Andorra

Andorra's climbing is on granite and gneiss: sunny low-valley walls above Andorra la Vella and Santa Coloma (Solà d'Enclar, La Pirámide) and higher mountain faces around the Envalira pass and Pas de la Casa. Most long routes here are mixed or spaced, so the fully bolted lines are the exception. Andorra la Vella is the base; there is no airport, so most visitors drive up from Barcelona or Toulouse. The valley walls face south and suit the cooler months, while the 2,500 to 2,800 m faces near Pas de la Casa are summer objectives once the snow has gone.

Dónde vas Jorgito

An easy, very well-bolted mountain route that tops out on a 2,816 m summit above Pas de la Casa. Short pitches of IV to V- on granite with good holds, an hour's walk up the ski pistes, and a path down. Ideal as a first alpine-style multipitch, but the rock still sheds loose stones.
